Beecroft Rugby Club last night were the first team to advance into next weeks Grand Final with a convincing 31 to 5 win over Knox. In what will be the Under 85kg teams fourth Grand Final in as many attempts, it won’t be until tonight that we find out whom the opponents will be as Mosman and Easts do battle in the other Semi Final.

Beecroft Under 85kg team has finished Undefeated minor Premiers.

Winning 9 from 9 and scoring 239 points and conceding only 45 points.

Please come down and support them this Tuesday the 29th of July as they take on the 4th placed Knox for a spot in the Grand Final.

As the above said on Wednesday night at James Morgan Reserve, Beecroft Rugby Club’s Under 85kg team defeated Dee Why 21 points to 6.

Beecroft Rugby Club’s Under 85kg team are five wins from 5 matches.

The tour de New Zealand culminated in the final game against the NZ Middleweight Barbarians at Eden Park, Auckland. In what was a fantastic match and will be remembered by all involved, the young men from Beecroft went down on the hallowed turf to the national Middleweight team from New Zealand.

In the first game of the tour de New Zealand, Beecroft Rugby Club went down to the NZ Under 85kg Development Squad 16-17. In a close encounter Beecroft were at the whim of the whistleblower on the first all synthetic ground in the Southern Hemisphere.
